Kargil Diwas: Anoushka Chauhan salutes soldiers this Kargil Diwas

Mumbai, 28 July 2024 (UTN). Northern Kargil District in Ladakh in 1999, celebrates 25 years this year. Actor Anoushka Chauhan, who is currently seen in Krishna Mohini on Colors, says that India is at the position that it enjoys today thanks to the security it enjoys on its borders. “India today is emerging as a superpower, and the world is talking about us. Development, entrepreneurship, networking, and technological advancement—you name it. But this is possible because of the peace established by the brave soldiers guarding the most conflicted borders of our nation,” she says.   She adds, “This year, we commemorate 25 years of Kargil Vijay Diwas. The Kargil War was fought in 1999, the same year I was born. Our victory not only saved the crown of the nation but also the future of our nation's youth. We were born and grew up in a country where we were not afraid and always felt protected, allowing us to go out in the open air. We sleep with ease and are now capable enough to contribute to the growth of our nation. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai : Kaveri Allots Armaan’s Cabin and All The Case Files To Rohit

Mumbai, 28 July 2024 (UTN). In today's episode, Ruhi sits in the hall crying, and Dadi Sa comes to console her. Kaveri tells Ruhi that everyone has to suffer the consequences of their actions. Armaan goes to the outhouse to meet Abhira, and they have breakfast together. Later, Rohit receives a message from Abhira and is shocked. He goes to the outhouse and sees Abhira about to break a watch that Armaan had bought for him in his childhood. Rohit stops her from doing so. He tells Abhira that he wants to apologize for a mistake, specifically that he knew about Armaan and Ruhi before she did. He questions why Abhira is still here instead of following her dreams. Later, in the kitchen, Vidya asks Manisha if she creates any differences between Rohit and Armaan. And Manisha says that just as Rohit needs his mom, Armaan needs the same. Abhira explains to Rohit that Armaan means everything to her. He advises Abhira not to trust Armaan. Armaan encourages Abhira to focus on her career and suggests a client who needs help with a case. In the office, Armaan notices the peon removing his nameplate. Inside the room, he sees Kaveri and Rohit, where Kaveri tells Rohit that it is now his right. Armaan thanks Kaveri for giving the cabin to Rohit. Kaveri instructs Armaan to give all the case files to Rohit, as Rohit will now handle all the cases. Armaan is hurt by this but happy that Rohit will learn to handle cases. The manager says that no cabins are empty and suggests that Armaan can sit in the conference room. Sonu Chandrapal: Overthinking and self-doubt are common hurdles in the creative field

Actress Sonu Chandrapal, who will be seen in the upcoming Nepali film '12 Gaun' and is known for her work alongside icons like Hrithik Roshan and Prakash Raj in advertisements, as well as her roles in Gujarati films and television shows, says that her entry into showbiz was not one that was planned. She adds that she had to choose between a stable option such as engineering and acting, and initially she chose the former. “Growing up, I had two clear options: engineering or acting. My father, an engineer, wished for me to become a computer engineer, and many of my relatives had pursued engineering or medicine. Naturally, I aimed to be an engineer. However, deep down, I always had a desire to become an actor.    Art and creativity have always fascinated me, and in school, I was an excellent painter. This artistic inclination gradually revealed itself, drawing me towards the acting industry. Ultimately, I decided to pursue both engineering and acting, fulfilling my father’s wish while also following my passion,” she says. Ask her what motivated or guided her in her career decision, and she says, “My motivation came from my love for storytelling and the arts. Watching powerful performances on screen and stage deeply inspired me. My family and friends were incredibly supportive, encouraging me to follow my passion. Their belief in me, combined with my determination, guided me toward a career in acting.” She adds, “When faced with indecision, I rely on a combination of my intuition and the advice of my trusted circle. My family and close friends have always provided me with honest and valuable insights.    Additionally, I often turn to meditation and reflection to find clarity and guidance from within.” Talking about risks, she says, “I believe that taking risks is an essential part of growth and success. While the fear of failure is natural, I try not to let it hold me back. I weigh the pros and cons, and if the potential reward aligns with my goals and values, I'm willing to take the leap. It's important to embrace challenges and learn from every experience, whether successful or not.” However, she adds that being in the creative field is not easy. “Overthinking and self-doubt are common hurdles, especially in a creative field. I handle them by practicing mindfulness and focusing on the present moment. Breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps helps reduce overwhelm. Dissatisfaction acts as a barrier to happiness, and overcoming this barrier is essential for a fulfilling life.” But Gunjan stressed that it’s important to distinguish between success and happiness. After a long time, I'm playing a gray character: Gulfam Khan Hussain

Mumbai, 28 July 2024 (UTN).  Dhruv Tara-Samay Sadi Se Pare actor Gulfam Khan Hussain has joined the cast of Gehna: Zevar Ya Zanjeer on Dangal. She said that though she was getting a lot of offers on TV, she took a break and waited for something strong and impactful to come through. “Let's say I was missing the adrenaline. I got a lot of offers and calls for TV in the last few months. I had taken a conscious year-long break to catch my breath and travel the world. In this show, my character is one that you would love to hate. After a long time, I'm playing a gray character,” she said. Talking about the show, she said, “Gehna: Zevar Ya Zanjeer signifies that a cage will be a cage irrespective of it being made of gold. It's metaphorically significant.    People think that if a girl is married off to a well-off family, she will be happy, but many a time that's not the case. All that glitters might not be gold.” When it comes to balancing her personal and professional lives, Gulfam manages it smoothly. She said, “We have a few days off a month, so we can plan some breathers accordingly. My husband too travels a lot for work; hence, we as a team juggle everything efficiently.” A message to the audience from your character in the show? “The message that every show gives is mostly the same, a woman needs to stand up for her rights, and people around her should help in that.
